The Process To Get A New WebsiteInitial Client EnquiryThe Client contacts WebUnique using the Contact Us link on this web site. We will then email the client an Estimate Request Form for them to complete. Estimate Request FormIn order for us to provide an estimate, we need to know the details of the web site you have in mind. This form will guide you in providing the information we need and will serve as a Request For Proposal on which we will base our estimate. Once completed, the client will return the document via email to Webunique as an attachment. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it Agree RequirementsA telephone conversation (or an on-site Face to Face meeting) is held with the Client whereby the site specifications and requirements are agreed. Note: for low cost work, an on-site meeting will generally not be feasible Estimate ProvidedWebUnique provides a proposal and estimate for the Web Development Services, i.e. plan, design, and produce complete new web site for the client. Approval for Work to CommenceThe Estimate is accepted by the Client, after approval. The Client is then invoiced for one third of the estimated costs. Client Provides Material and ContentThe Client must provide all agreed written material, information and images before work commences, unless both parties have agreed otherwise. Work CommencesUpon receipt of payment of the Initial Invoice, WebUnique will commence work on the website and upload the developing site to a temporary space on the Internet. The Client will then be notified of the location, allowing viewing, approve the on-going work and provide feedback. CompletionOnce the Client agrees that the site meets the requirements, a final invoice for the balance will be issued. Upon settlement of this Invoice, the website will be released for upload to the Client's server or permanent web space. On-going MaintenanceAny regular maintenance or Search Engine promotion activity is then agreed. |
